ManyOne Internet Laboratories Set to Reinvent Cause-related Global and Local Movements by Connecting Stadiums, Studios and Systems
RICHARD LUKENS, PIONEER OF WORLDWIDE LIVE EVENTS, TO LEAD NEW DIVISION OF M1 LABS, POWERING CAUSE-RELATED MOVEMENTS WITH INSTANT ACCESS TO LIVE VENUES, TALENT AND TOOLS
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SALT LAKE CITY, UT August 13, 2014.
ManyOne (http://ManyOnePortal.org, http://ManyOneOffice.org, http://ManyOne.org) today announced its new M1 Events Division, to be housed within ManyOne Internet Laboratories (http://ManyOneLabs.com). M1 Events will be led by Richard Lukens, renowned international director of worldwide live events, including the Live Aid Concert benefiting famine-ravaged Africa and the first two-way television events between the United States and the former Soviet Union, widely recognized as a turning point in Cold War tensions. M1 Events will enable the rapid planning and deployment of global and local events that will galvanize, inspire and uplift people and organizations world-wide via the infrastructure and technologies of ManyOne. Lukens joins ManyOne Internet Laboratories as Executive Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Global Events, and has joined the Board of Directors of ManyOne and the Academy of Science and Arts (http://AcademyOfScienceAndArts.org).
The new division furthers ManyOne’s emergence as the strategic general contractor for the Internet — for building, designing, operating and optimizing Web Sites, Apps, and their cloud-based integration. M1 Events Division also adds to the enterprise’s emerging global network of ManyOne Offices —‘Your Worldwide Internet Office’ — to help individuals, organizations and businesses with ‘all things Internet.’
The flagship ManyOne Office, in Salt Lake City, is already open for business, with Phoenix, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Washington, D.C. and New York slated to open Q4 2014 and Q1 2015. ManyOne also today announced that at least 16 ManyOne Offices will open in capital cities worldwide in 2015.
“We will immediately deploy the ManyOne Operating System and utilize ManyOne Internet Laboratories’ technologies to power and enhance third-party events slated for this year and next, as well as ManyOne’s first ‘DIMENSIONS’ global conference.” said Mr. Lukens. “The technology and Internet consulting centers enabled by ManyOne — ranging from the most advanced, interactive, real-time 3-D immersive environments to engineering and design studios opening in every capital city around the world in the next 60 months — will vastly decrease the time needed from concept to development and execution of large-scale, simultaneously-linked global events.”
Lukens has just been named the Global Director for “Earth’s Call,” (http://www.earthscall.org) an event sponsored by the Millemont Institute for Water & Awareness, the International American Renewable Energy Institute, the Women’s Earth & Climate Action Network and the Charter for Compassion International, planned for next year in France, which will bring attention to the Earth’s current political, social and environmental situation. Lukens served as International Director for the world famous Live Aid concert, which in 1985 brought attention to the African famine and reached over 1.5 billion people, raising more than $200 million dollars for food relief. For decades past and for decades to come, Live Aid boldly models how ordinary people, when galvanized by extraordinary events, can have a real and immediate impact on world affairs before, during and after the situation rooms act.
Dr. Robert Corell, Vice Chancellor of the Academy of Science and Arts, the governing umbrella around ManyOne worldwide, said, “I had the privilege to work with Richard Lukens on the White House Conference on Global Climate Change. With the addition of Rick to the ManyOne team, we can reach billions of people with messages of hope and understanding, help to reduce tensions, and improve the lives of people around the globe. Before, it took the world’s satellite network to reach worldwide television viewers. Now with ManyOne’s leading-edge Internet technologies and partnerships, we can reach even more people, in far less time, and with far less cost.”
ManyOne, the Strategic General Contractor and Integrator for the Internet, has pioneered the first Internet-based global economic operating system. Powered by the technologies from ManyOne Internet Laboratories and sweeping industry partnerships, ManyOne is opening Internet consulting offices around the world to serve businesses, organizations, governments and individuals alike. ManyOne is dedicated to the advancement of integrated models and financially robust global infrastructure for sustainable economic development for the 21st century and beyond.
